Shipping Policy – Oh My Pets

At Oh My Pets, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and in good condition.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Orders are usually shipped within 3–36 hours of placement.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–7 business days for major cities (via Air Mode, under 500g & small parcels).

  • 4–15 business days for other locations and heavy/dimensional parcels (via Surface Mode).

• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, natural disruptions, political events, or courier delays).

Shipping Coverage

• We currently deliver PAN India through reputed courier partners.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Restrictions

• Liquid & heavy items will always be shipped via Surface Mode as per regulations, which may increase delivery time (typically 3–10 days).

• We cannot ship hazardous or restricted items.

Order Issues & Damaged Packages

• If your package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at ohmypets.doon@gmail.com with your order details.

• For all damage/quality issues, an unboxing video is mandatory to process claims.

Undelivered Orders

• If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, the parcel may be returned to origin (RTO).

• RTO charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
