Refund & Return Policy – Oh My Pets

At Oh My Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

  • Returns must be shipped to our official return address:

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (edible products, treats, bakery items)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Grooming and hygiene products (for safety reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Partially used combo packs (e.g., if 1 out of 12 packets is opened, the remaining 11 cannot be returned)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Additional processing time by your bank or card provider may apply.
